The fruits not recommended are: orange, lemon, pineapple and kiwi. The industrialized are totally discarded, like sauces, soft drinks and sweets. Fries and foods with caffeine and alcoholic beverages are also dispensed with.
So, who wants to protect their stomach should invest in natural, light and healthy foods.
Healthy recipes avocado
Brownie with green frosting
350 g of bitter chocolate;
1/3 cup honey;
3/4 cup flour;
1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
1/4 cup chocolate powder;
1/4 spoon of salt;
2 cups flour.
Way of doing
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease a tray with butter, meanwhile, start making the brownie dough.
Start by pounding the pulp of the two avocados in the blender. When you have the consistency of cream, add 250 grams of melted chocolate, honey, butter and eggs. Beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
Finally, put the vanilla, the chocolate powder, the flour, the yeast and the salt and mix well. Take the rest of the chocolate (100 grams) and grate and put in the dough and stir gently.
Put everything in the greased form and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
With the remaining avocado, beat it with sugar in the mixer. When the brownie is cold and the icing has been in the refrigerator for some time, decorate it.
