Burning Sensation In The Feet: Natural Causes and Remedies to Relieve It
The burning sensation in the feet is a very common problem, which can affect people of any gender or age.

Alternatively, adding a handful of Epsom salt, you can swim your feet for about 20 minutes. You will find great relief. Caution: Epsom salt may not be suitable for people suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease.
3 Curcuma and foot pain remedies
Curcuma is an exceptional spice, thanks to the compound contained in it: curcumin. This spice, among other things, helps to improve circulation. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce the burning sensation. Mix 1 or 2 teaspoons of turmeric in a glass of lukewarm water and use it for a few days.
Ginger is another effective remedy to lessen the burning sensation of your feet. Various active ingredients present in this spice favor a proper circulation that in turn leads to rapid relief. Mix a teaspoon of ginger juice with olive oil. Massage your feet and legs with this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes once a day. Alternatively, you can drink ginger as an infusion or use it for soothing wraps.
Thyme is also a plant that helps to reduce the burning sensation on the feet, promoting circulation and is to be counted among foot pain remedies. Dip a handful of this plant into two containers, one filled with hot water and the other with cold water. Bring your feet in the tub with hot water for 3-5 minutes and then pass them into the one containing cold water for the same time. Repeat for 20 minutes.
6 Vitamin Between Remedies for Foot Pain
Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, helps to improve blood circulation, strengthens capillaries and prevents it from breaking. Increasing your intake can help relieve burn from your feet, as a vitamin B3 deficiency is one of the major causes of this problem. This vitamin is contained in yeast, bran, wheat germ, whole grains, green leafy vegetables, beans, peas and peanuts.
Gently massage your feet with a bit of hot olive oil is another great way to relieve the discomfort associated with burning your feet. In fact, if the massage is gentle, it has a calming effect and helps the circulation of blood. Massage upwards for at least 10 minutes.
Proper physical exercise and the habit of walking barefoot on the grass or soft sand can help alleviate the problem. Also avoid wearing shoes without socks. Even sleeping with raised legs could be relief.
These natural remedies can help relieve your discomfort, but it is always advisable to consult a physician to determine the underlying cause of the problem so that it is properly treated.
