What is Best Exercises to Relieve and Prevent Back Pain
With the modern pace of life, bad postures and emotional loads, the part of our anatomy that tends to resent more is the back. So today we are going to explain some exercises that may help relieve back pain in addition to the swimming that most people already know.

The last exercise should also be done on a chair without resting your back on the chair. In this exercise you should place your hands behind your head and without your support fill your chest with air and move your elbows back, releasing the air and moving your elbows forward. It is important that the breath is deep. Repeat 10 times.
